We supply molding lines fully or semi-automated from the small solution to the “standard” one; From a traditional solution with shell-forming to the ONE-SHOT technology plant.
We can provide customized solutions, with horizontal and/or vertical cooling tunnels, depositors for solid products such obtain a wide range of end products such as:

The plants are designed for production in small, medium, and large quantity, in order to ensure reliability and flexibility, to grant a continuous and steady productivity 24 hours a day.
Each plant is made by a dedicated software to control and manage the whole production process. Accessibility and safety are key conditions that are applied to all the molding lines.
The modular structure allows the Customer to easily expand and equip the plant in phases later, providing it with adequate dosing and accessories to customer’s production requirements.
On each plant, a modem is installed in order to provide assistance more complete and quick intervention in the production phase (remote technical service).




The range of the tempering machines varies from the smaller one (200 kg./ hour output) up to 1200 kg./ hour output.

All of the tempering machines work with the tempering method i.e.: the chocolate is first cooled to create crystals, then slightly warmed to enable the crystallization be blocked at the preset temperature.

All machines are equipped with electronic controls managed by PLC and touch-screen man- machine communication interface. The cooling can be achieved by a gas-water heat exchanger and its relevant cooling unit, or by a water-water heat exchanger.

Cream machine preparation

This type of machine is ideal for preparation, mixing and the subsequent cooling of creams, both fat-based, both alcohol-based.

It is composed of two tanks: the first is equipped with a special agitator fitted with scrapers and has the function of mixing and cool the product; the second has the function of maintaining the temperature of the product after being cooled..

Belt plants suitable for manufacturing semi-finished products such as drops and strips chocolate and/or compound to be melted or inserted into articles like biscuits, cakes, ice creams, etc. Designed in different sizes for small, medium, and large productions. The modular structure allows us to easily expand and equip the plant in further phases.


Several Machines

  • Ball mill: for the production of chocolate, creams, compound, hazelnut paste, etc. Its capacity is around 100 kg. with refined sugar and 90-100 minutes for the same quantity with granulated sugar (0.4-0.6 mm. approx.) obtaining a granulometry of 20-25 microns
  • Spinning-vibrating equipment: for the production of hollow figures (Easter eggs, Christmas figures, etc.) for manual or automated lines. They are equipped with multiple axis vibration for the rotation of the mold, all adjustable in order to obtain chocolate spreading smooth and uniform into the mold cavities
  • Tank storage: stocking and melting tanks for chocolate and creams with a capacity starting from 200 kg to 15.000 kg
  • Heating tunnel suitable for heating the molds and eliminate the humidity that is formed after their exit from the cooling tunnel
